Where are your products made?
All our items are handcrafted in-house at Merry Mayhem Designs, located in Ohio.
What methods do you use to create your products?
We use a combination of sublimation printing, 3D printing, laser engraving, and hand painting.
What images work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with the face centered work best. iPhone photos work well, but please ensure the entire face, including the chin, ears, and top of the head, is visible and free from obstructions like hands.
Can I have multiple pictures or faces on my socks?
Yes! In most cases, that isn't a problem at all. It is dependent on the design of course.
Is there an extra charge for multiple faces/pictures on my socks?
Up to 6 photos are no extra charge. Please contact us if you need additional faces and we can discuss what will work best for you.
Will I get to see a proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely! Upon receipt of your order, we will design a proof for you to review and approve prior to production.
Do I need to do anything special to care for my sleeves and socks?
To keep your purchase looking great, machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results.
Do you offer bulk, corporate or team discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk and team orders. Please contact us for details.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom designs tailored to your needs, including sports teams, special occasions, and personalized gifts.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will ensure you're satisfied with your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed, as production begins immediately.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies based on the product and order size, but we aim to complete most orders quickly. Specific timelines are detailed on individual product pages.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
